Jeff Searcy joined Richard Bowers & Co. in May of 2010 bringing with him over fifteen years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining the company, Jeff worked in Southern California where he represented many clients in the sale, acquisition and development of market rate, affordable and senior multi-family apartments. In addition, he also facilitated broker advisory services to the active adult retirement community, congregate care, assisted living, skilled nursing and Alzheimer’s sector on a local, regional and national level and was responsible for closing over 50 million dollars in real estate transactions.
Jeff also worked in property management and leasing for a real estate development company in Orange County and was their Marketing Manager. The privately held firm built and managed automotive retail and light industrial centers in excess of 200,000 square feet.
Qualifications:
Jeff currently holds an active broker license in both states of Georgia and California.

Possess general knowledge of principals and practices of commercial real estate brokerage, management, and development.

Demonstrated ability to source, analyze, interpret, negotiate, and close real estate transactions.

Experience using spread sheet financial modeling software to market, acquire, and sale real estate.

Performs independently and is able to successfully execute tasks with minimal supervision and oversight.

Proven ability to facilitate real estate transactions between landlord and tenant, property owner and investor, developer and city officials, the greater broker community, and with own management and staff.
