Real Estate Experience
Joe Puleo brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate
to his position of vice president at Richard Bowers & Co. Prior to joining
the firm, he served as commercial director for Century 21 Professional
Realty Group. His experience also includes positions with Merrill Lynch
Commercial Real Estate, for whom he served as a vice president in Atlanta
and Texas.
During his career, Puleo has negotiated transactions for investment and
build-to-suit projects and has handled lease negotiations in both the office
and retail markets. He also has in-depth qualifications in commercial lease
analysis and operating expense audits. Puleo has worked with a variety of
national corporate clients including: Argonaut Insurance, Financial Service
Corporation, GEICO, McDonald’s Corporation and School Pop.
General Information
Puleo is a graduate of the University of Baltimore where he received a
degree in marketing and also attended the School of Law. Currently residing
in Buckhead with his wife, he is a member of the Amateur Trapshooting
Association and an avid Racquetball player.
