Subsequent to his graduating from Southern Polytechnic State University, Anthony joined an Atlanta architectural firm. For five years he was an integral part of many team projects aimed at the design and development of architectural documents for closely-held firms and public facilities in the state of Georgia. Samplings of these assignments include the North Spring Marta Station, the Georgia Perimeter College Library, the South Dekalb Clean Water Facility and the Georgia Welcome Center at Interstates I-20 and I-95.  As an architect and a project designer, he developed the practice for embracing the entire environment of the project, from the shell to the community as a whole.

After earning his MBA from Georgia State University, Anthony joined a land development company as a partner.  He established and maintained successful relationships with clients that resulted in continued business engagements and referrals to new accounts. Projects entailed new construction and rehabilitation of residential and commercial structures. He dealt with the assemblage and acquisition of land, surveying and engineering, cost of development and financing of the projects, zoning, permitting, and presentations to neighborhood residents and government officials.

Anthony was responsible for all project phases through the supply chain, from market study, land acquisition, rezoning, schematic design and engineering, to the execution of the construction documents in conformity with applicable building codes. Projects include City Space town homes and lofts, Sandy Springs Cove residential community, and Monet’s Art of Fine Foods restaurant and catering.
He was also responsible for all permitting, project development, real estate closings and dispute resolutions with contractors as well as coordinating the developments with the attorneys, surveyors and engineers. His responsibilities included financial budgeting and feasibility analyses for all projects on behalf of clients, consistently minimizing construction outlays via value engineering, critical path criteria analysis, and cost-benefit analyses. This ultimately resulted in maximizing the net return and the net present value of clients’ investments.

Anthony is currently a senior member of Richard Bowers & Company Land and Investment Group where he represents institutional clients, high net worth clients as well as various financial institutions with the sale and purchase of their land and income producing properties. In this capacity Anthony can utilize his architectural, development and financial skills to provide the very best service to his clients.

Anthony is a very energetic individual who will work until a project is successfully completed, by exposing his skills of leadership and teamwork acquired through his work experience and education.  He is a self-starter, has strong work ethics, is task oriented, and is very tenacious.

Anthony is fluent in English and Italian, and proficient in Spanish. He is active in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors.  He plays basketball, soccer, tennis, and racquetball and is always looking for his next worthy opponent.  He is also a member of Ciancia, the Italian Conversation Club.
