John Buckner "Bucky" Winfield, III received a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994, where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and the Varsity Wrestling Team.
Bucky began his real estate career in 1995 as a Tenant Representative in the Industrial Properties Group of Richard Bowers & Company.
In 2007, Bucky was promoted to Senior Vice President where he continues his day to day responsibilities of leasing, selling and acquiring Industrial space and land.
The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) honored Bucky in the fall of 2000 by accepting him as a member.
Bucky has represented such corporations as C.M.E., Wire & Cable, Data Supplies Inc., PeopleSoft Inc., Tweeter Home Entertainment Group, Ikon Office Solutions, DH Supply, Medical Depot, American Cancer Society and Prosys Information Systems.
Bucky has been a Top Ten Producer for the company on several occasions and in 2005, he was the #1 overall producer for the entire company. He also has been a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club since 1996.
Bucky enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. His outside interests include scuba diving, off-road motorcycle riding and fly fishing
