Joined Richard Bowers & Co. in 1987, and is currently Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions. In 1991, Donnie landed Atlanta's largest office leasing deal-- relocating Holiday Inn's Worldwide Headquarters from Memphis to Atlanta. Qualified for membership in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club every year since joining Richard Bowers & Company. In 1991, The Atlanta Board of Realtors awarded him the distinction of "Top Producer in Commercial Leasing" as well as designating him "Number One Overall Top Producer" for his personal negotiation of sales and leases totaling approximately $99 million. Has represented many well known companies, institutions, and organizations, such as the Atlanta Regional Commission, Mobil Oil, American General Insurance and Maryland Casualty, and General Adjustment Bureau. Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Cobb Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Former Southeastern Regional Sales Manager for Faberge Consumer Products for eight years.
