Started his career with Richard Bowers & Co. as a Research Associate, where he maintained the in-house property database that tracks the submarket sizes, occupancy, deliveries, and absorption of more than 5,500 properties and 100 million square feet of office space throughout metro Atlanta.

Graduate of Wake Forest University , in North Carolina .  Received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business from the Calloway School of Business and Accountancy, which ranks 17th in BusinessWeek 's list of top undergraduate business schools in the U.S.   Underclassman of the Year for the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and also served on the Kappa Sigma Executive Board.

Volunteer work includes TreesAtlanta, Park Pride, Wake Forest Alumni, and Buckhead Baseball.
