Chet joined the Industrial Division of Richard Bowers & Co. in the spring of 1993 with experience in both the office and the industrial/business park sector of commercial real estate. Since joining Richard Bowers & Co. Chet has consummated approximately 65 million dollars worth of industrial/commercial transactions and has been a member of The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club every year (he is also a Life Member and Phoenix Award Winner). Previously Vice President of Perimeter Realty, handling the leasing responsibilities for numerous local office, industrial and retail projects for out-of-state and overseas clients. Former Vice President with The Miller Richmond Company, specializing in industrial/business park leasing, sales and build-to-suits. Former Vice President with O'Neill Development, a regional commercial real estate company where he had lead development and leasing responsibility for four industrial and business park projects totaling over one-half million square feet. Some of the companies served include, American Fitness Centers (retail sites and regional offices), Anheuser Busch, APAC, Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Charter Peachford Hospital, Circuit City, Coca-Cola, Cotton States Mutual Insurance Co., Eagle Snacks, Federal Express, Georgia Department of Transportation, Invacare, MacMillian Bloedel (bulk packaging division for 110,700 square foot build-to-suit), Nynex, Owens-Corning, Pactel, People Soft, Professional Career Development, Pro Golf Discount (retail locations), Sherwin-Williams, Tropicana, UCB Pharmaceuticals, U.S. Government (GSA), and U.S. Postal Service, Siemens, General Electric, and Parsons Engineering. Attended Georgia State University where he studied Real Estate and Finance with a major in Real Estate. |
