Stephen J. (Chip) Heins, SIOR is Vice President of RB Management Services, Inc. in Nashville. A native of Nashville, graduating from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, Mr. Heins holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in Marketing. At his position with RB Management, Mr. Heins is in charge of landlord representation and new business development. He is involved with banking institutions, insurance companies, entrepreneurs, and corporate tenants in Nashville and the surrounding areas of the Southeast. Some of his clients include Business Men's Assurance Company, Great River Insurance Companies (a Berkshire Hathaway Company), Wynonna Judd and Naomi Judd (music entertainers), Grace Development, Teachers Insurance Annuity Association (TIAA), Corporex Corporation, General Dynamics Corporation, GE Capital, and MCI/Worldcom. Prior to his association with RB Management, Mr. Heins spent seven years in the real estate industry including a position as tenant advisor with NAI Mathews Partners, Inc., located in Nashville, with responsibilities that involved the relocation and acquisition of real estate for corporate and entrepreneurial clients.
