Drew specializes in Office Leasing and Sales for Richard Bowers & Co. A member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Young Council of Realtors,
Drew’s transaction highlights include the sale of 4684 Roswell Road and 183 Mystic Place (two buildings comprised of 9,600 SF of office space), the acquisition of a 6,000 SF office building in Paper Mill Village located in the East Cobb/Johnson Ferry corridor, and a 14,505 SF lease of office space for Brown College of Court Reporting at Buckhead West.
His client needs range from single user office requirements to corporate headquarters.
Drew also has Corporate Service experience on the Crawford & Company National Account, where he is a member of a team, which over the last eight years, has been responsible for successfully negotiating lease transactions for over 200 hundred offices nationwide. Some of Drew’s responsibilities include: managing Crawford’s office leasing, relocation and expansion requirements; providing financial analysis and local market data; and, submitting weekly reports on each office location to ensure the client is up-to-date on the status and activity of each lease.

General Information
Prior to joining Richard Bowers & Co., Drew worked with both Oracle Corporation of America and The George P. Johnson Company on their Exhibit & Sponsorship Sales Teams. At these companies, he assisted with account management for highly regarded tech companies such as IBM and Intel.
Drew is a highly motivated, detail-oriented agent, who is dedicated to representing his clients’ best interest through his self-initiatives and strong work ethic. The quiet confidence, firm resolve and clear focus he acquired through years of advanced athletic training and competition, offer his clients a unique combination of leadership skills, integrity, discipline, follow-through and goal achievement.
Drew attended the University of Georgia on a Track & Field Scholarship, and was additionally awarded the Spec Towns Endowment Scholarship for exemplary commitment to education and excellence in leadership and dedication. While competing for the Bulldogs,
Drew earned two All-American Awards and was elected captain for both his Cross Country and Track & Field teams. Drew was also a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and the “G” Club.
After graduation from the University of Georgia, Drew trained as a professional athlete with The Nike Farm Team in Palo Alto, California. He was an Olympic Trials Finalist in the 1500 Meters in 2004, and competed in multiple U.S. national meets and international competitions.
Drew currently volunteers his time mentoring and coaching Metro Atlanta Area runners ranging in age from grade school through high school.
