Grahame joined Richard Bowers & Co. in the spring of 2003 as a leasing associate specializing in all areas of commercial real estate. Since 2003 Grahame has negotiated over 300,000 sf in leasing deals. In 2006 he was a top three producer for RB&C, led the company in number of transactions and completed over $18,000,000 in deals. Grahame was a 2005-2006 Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club Member and member and director for the Commercial Board's Young Council of Realtors. Some of the companies he has served include, Home Capital, National Lending Corporation, ABZ Consulting, Bright Impact, Working Buildings, Linkage, The Day Zimmermann Group, MedAscend, Cardiac Disease Specialists, and John Staurulakis. Grahame attended the University of Georgia where he received a Bachelor in Economics and in Housing. |
