Grahame joined Richard Bowers & Co. in the spring of 2003 as a leasing associate specializing in all areas of commercial real estate. In February 2007, he was promoted to Vice President.
Grahame has negotiated over 300,000 square feet in leasing transactions since 2003. In 2006 he was a top three producer for Richard Bowers & Co., led the company in number of transactions and completed over $18,000,000 in deals.
Grahame was a 2005 and 2006 Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club Member and Member and Director for the Commercial Board's Young Council of Realtors.
