Jeff Kinton, a third generation Atlanta native, joined Richard Bowers & Company as an agent specializing in office property leasing, acquisition, and disposition. Jeff started his career as a leasing specialist and property manager at RAM Partners LLC where he traveled throughout the Southeastern United States improving the performance and profitability of high vacancy, for sale, and under construction properties. He was one of the company’s top producers for over 3 years. In his role as a property manager, Jeff successfully maintained and operated dozens of properties in Georgia and South Carolina. He was charged with the responsibility of generating realistic budget projections for property owners, developing and effectively employing property marketing strategies, and facilitating tours for investors and potential buyers. After his achievements at RAM, Jeff was brought on as a commercial data manager and market analyst at Dorey FirstCLS, the official information provider for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Here he successfully presented FirstCLS (First Commercial Listing Service) to various commercial brokerage, appraisal, and development firms, worked with the Dorey Market Analysis Group, and became an expert at analyzing and interpreting Atlanta’s many varying office, industrial, and retail markets. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in English, and minors in Religious Studies and Economics. Mr. Kinton is an active member of his community, an affiliate of the Young Commercial Board of Realtors, an avid supporter of the Atlanta Humane Society, plays tennis, enjoys hiking, and is an accomplished writer of piano and guitar composition. |
