Jeff specializes in medical, office and retail tenant representation in addition to landlord representation, sales and dispositions.
McMullen's twenty year business experience includes sales and management positions in business, including wholesale organizations; retail store development, franchising, site selection, build out and lease negotiations. His franchise ownership experience allows Jeff to guide tenants through a site selection process from an ownership prospective. This in turn creates better long term deals for tenants and landlords alike.
Jeff directs real estate growth for medical and dental clients as well as a variety of retailers. Jeff teamed up with the “Master Franchisor of the Year” and helped engineer the increase of Cartridge World store locations from 4 to 36 by using a systematic location identification process that allowed the Franchisor to maximize locations without adversely affecting existing or future locations.
In a similar fashion, the research department assists clients in tackling the Atlanta market through the use of in-house resources including demographics, aerials and competitive market analysis. Part of the McMullen success formula includes “face time” with prospective tenants, in-depth market analysis for clients, driving the market and a commitment to the client after the deal is closed.
Jeff is a member of the ACBC Million-Dollar Club, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
