Experience
Jenna Schulten-Hubbard joined Richard Bowers & Co in January 2008 as a licensed sales agent, specializing in office and retail leasing and representation for both tenants and landlords. Jenna assumed the position as a commercial leasing agent for 260/270 Peachtree Leasing team. Working with senior vice president, Greg Kindred, she will be responsible for the marketing and leasing duties for the 260/270 Peachtree Street office towers.

Jenna has negotiated over 300,00 square feet in leasing transactions since
2008. In 2010, Jenna was an Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million
Dollar Club Member.
General Information
Jenna received her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and went on to work as a Project Manager for EDL & Associates, one of Atlanta’s top art consulting firms. While there, Jenna focused on project oversight and client relations. Jenna is an Atlanta native, living in Sandy Springs and enjoys an active lifestyle. She is an avid runner, traveling to different cities to run in various races through the years. |
