Jonathan Alford joined the Richard Bowers Real Estate team in May 2006 as a licensed sales agent, and specializing in retail tenant and landlord representation. In terms of Tenant representation, some of his services include: critical market analysis, demographic profiling, market trends, probabilities of success regarding location selection, and product positioning. For Landlord representation, your property will be marketed through the necessary mediums in the local and national markets; a selective approach will be taken when choosing proper tenants to create synergy for the long-term success of the center; local, regional, and national tenants will be contacted to help create the center’s entity; and he will assure your property will be given the needed attention it deserves that most larger national firms cannot duplicate. Previously, Jonathan spent five years as a store manager for a major consumer technological company. He was one of the youngest to be promoted to his position in the entire company’s twenty plus year history due to his consistent success in achieving company initiatives. Jonathan attended the University of Georgia studying business management and is scheduled to complete his Bachelor of Science in Management at Shorter College in April 2008. Upon completion, he plans on achieving his MBA with a concentration in marketing. He is currently a part of the retail division here at Richard Bowers & Co. and is currently a member of the ICSC (International Committee for Shopping Centers) & Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors (ABCR).
