Real Estate Experience
Originally from Augusta, GA, Michael graduated college in 2003 and moved to Atlanta to begin his career with a company that had a reputation for first rate sales training, a fast-paced work environment, and involvement with high level executives. Within two years at Tom James Company, Michael was able to successfully build rewarding and lasting relationships with over 200 high level executives, small business owners, and managers from multiple and diverse businesses and corporations.
Michael then started his commercial real estate career at Equis Corporation, an international tenant rep company based out of Chicago. At Equis Corporation he learned the basic principals of tenant representation and leasing strategies. After one year with Equis, Michael decided to pursue investment sales. After interviewing with several commercial real estate companies in Atlanta, he decided Richard Bowers & Co. offered the best resources for him to accomplish his investment sales goals. He has happily been with the company since 2006, specializing in investment sales.
Michael is a member of the ACBR Million-Dollar Club, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, as well as the Urban Land Institute and the Atlanta Apartment Association. Michael is currently a CCIM candidate member and plans to become CCIM certified within the year.
Recent Accomplishments
Michael was successful in closing the largest investment sale for Richard Bowers & Co. in 2010.
