Morris is President of RB Management Services, Inc., a commercial property management company he established in 1991 in affiliation with Richard Bowers & Company. RB Management provides full landlord representation and property management services, as well as asset management, facility management and interior construction for property owners, institutions, and developers throughout the Southeast. At the helm of RB Management, Morris has established client relationships with ITT Commercial Finance, GE Credit Corporation, Travelers Insurance, J.P. Morgan, Massachusetts Financial Services, First Union, Barnett Bank, SouthTrust Bank, NationsBank, Heller Financial and Prudential Bank. In a crowded marketplace dominated by national developers and property managers, RB Management has taken its stand by delivering to the bottom line. This track record of NOI enhancement launched the growth of RB Management Services and continues to be the source of client satisfaction. Prior to joining RB Management Services, Morris was Vice President of The Myrick Company for six years. He was responsible for the day-to-day management and leasing of over one million square feet of retail, office and industrial space, as well as tracts of developed acreage in metro Atlanta. Morris represented companies including Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Bank Boston, Shell Oil Company, Texas Instruments, and Northern Telecom in the management and leasing of their real estate. Morris' career also includes ten years with A.G. Spanos Development, Inc., one of the nations top five privately owned multi-family and office developers and owner of the San Diego Chargers National Football League team. He served as Director of Office Leasing and Property Management from 1976 to 1986. Morris led the construction, management, and leasing of an Atlanta office portfolio of over one million square feet with clients such as Bank of America, California Federal, Wachovia, Great Western Savings and Loan, and American Express. Today, after 21 years Morris continues in representation and sales of commercial property for A.G. Spanos Development through RB Management Services, Inc. Morris is a registered Property Manager, Charter Member of Atlanta Board of Realtors, Licensed Commercial Real Estate Salesman, member of International Institute of Real Estate, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the International Association of Real Estate Executives (NACORE), the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks, (NAIOP), and TCN. Morris E. Harrison, Jr., received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1974 and graduated from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate in 1975. He is a member of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association. |
