Real Estate Experience
Park joined Richard Bowers & Co. in 2004 and specializes in tenant representation of office and industrial properties, office property leasing, acquisition and disposition. Prior to joining Richard Bowers & Co., Park worked as an Account Executive for Bank of America Mortgage Corporation in Residential Mortgage Lending marketing loan products to the real estate builder community.

Park is active in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is a member of ACBR’s Young Council of Realtors. He is also a member of GAR, NAR, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Park has had articles published in Atlanta Business Chronicle, Real Estate Observer, and B2B magazine.

While at Richard Bowers & Co., Park has utilized his strong work ethic and has taken advantage of the economic downturn by diversifying his strategies to get deals done. This current challenging market requires creative solutions, and Park has been instrumental in helping his clients achieve their real estate objectives. In the past few years, Park has closed over $20 million in lease transactions and has represented landlords in over 150,000 SF of lease and sale dispositions.

General Information
Additional interests include involvement in USTA, ALTA and KSwiss tennis in Atlanta since 1998. Park was the Atlanta men’s singles city champion of KSwiss 4.5 division in the fall of 2007.
