Joined the Investments Division of Richard Bowers & Co. in 1994, and specializes in investment property sales, and residential development. His expertise includes acquisition and sales of income properties as well as land and retail center sales. He has also undertaken the majority of condominium conversions in the Atlanta market. Responsible for many large notable transactions with European and Japanese companies. Prior to joining Richard Bowers & Co., Peter operated his own companies including a real estate brokerage firm specializing in commercial sales and single-family housing development. Joined The Du Rhone Group, a multi-national European company in 1981 where he was promoted to Vice President. Also, he was Vice President for Telfin America Real Estate, Inc. and later was promoted to President. Member of The Georgia Association of Realtors, and he has been a Top 20 Producer in the Atlanta Board of Realtors' recognition roll for a number of years. |
