Real Estate Experience

Ray joined Richard Bowers & Co. in 2007 and is a landlord and tenant representative for clients with office, retail, and industrial space requirements.

He is currently working toward the prestigious designation as a CCIM

(Certified Commercial Investment Member) specializing in investment property acquisition and disposition. Ray also serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee for the Commercial Board of Realtors as well as serving on the Governing Board for the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC)

General Information

Prior to joining Richard Bowers & Co., Ray worked for Don Jackson Lincoln Mercury where he was salesman of the year. He also was the owner of several restaurant/bars in the middle Georgia area before he moved to Atlanta.

While attending college, Ray has held multiple fraternity offices including Chapter President for Pi Kappa Alpha while attending Georgia College & State University and also held the position of Inter-fraternal Council treasurer for 2 years.
