Scott N. Harrison is a Vice President of Richard Bowers & Co., Inc., as well as Principle Broker of the Nashville office. As a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Richard Bowers & Company's Nashville office, he specializes in Commercial Leasing and Sales of retail, office, industrial space and land. He has served over 20 years as broker and client representative in the real estate industry. Scott is a graduate of The University of Tennessee at Knoxville, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. At Richard Bowers & Company, Scott is charged with assisting entrepreneurs, corporate tenants and New Business Development. He has completed numerous lease and sale transactions with insurance, banking, research and technology companies. Some of his clients include American International Group, Abbott Laboratories, Gaylord Digital, Club Venice, Bank Internet Group, Automation Associates, Sprint Communications Company, Pioneer Steel, American Bank Note Company and ERC Development Group. Prior to his association with Richard Bowers & Co., Scott spent seven years in the real estate industry as Office Leasing and Property Manager with The Myrick Company where Scott represented the buyer in the purchase of a 33 acre tract of land in Atlanta, Georgia. His daily activities charged him with the management and leasing of five office complexes with over 400,000 square feet of commercial office space. Scott has been serving as a Commissioner with the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission, City of Franklin, Williamson County, TN since 2003. Scott is also a member of the Franklin Noon Rotary Club, since 1994, having served on the Board of Directors in the past. In his spare time, Scott enjoys boating, camping and family activities. |
