Tim Moresco has 23 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, specializing in Tenant and Landlord Representation, with experiences including; identifying and addressing specific client needs, conducting property surveys, lease negotiations, space planning and construction of tenant improvements.
He also served as Exclusive Leasing Agent for a number of Atlanta office buildings including Tower Place, The Corners Office Park, Shadowood Office Park, Executive Square and Oaklake Office Center.
Working with and representing both Tenants and Landlords for the past 23 years has given Tim the knowledge and experience to bring value in representing either side in the Atlanta office market.
Tim also has been a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors since 1985.

Tim was drafted by Green Bay Packers of the National Football League in 1977, and was later traded to the New York Jets where he played for three years He is a member of the NFL Alumni Association and a member of Berkeley Hills Country Club.
