 ATLANTA, GEORGIA (Friday, September 3, 2010) — Richard Bowers & Co., a full service real estate company specializing in leasing, management, investment and development of commercial real estate, announced today that the firm has completed the refinancing and recapitalization of their 270 Peachtree Street building. Activity is currently brisk and several significant requirements are in the works.
Neighboring its sister office tower, 260 Peachtree Street, in the heart of downtown Atlanta, the 270 Peachtree tower is a 23-story, Class A office building comprising of over 326,000 total rentable square feet. Purchased by Richard Bowers in May of 1999, 270 Peachtree has undergone extensive renovations that include new energy efficient reflective glass, extensive lobby upgrades with new common area finishes, among others.
